History Project Museum Display
It was with great excitement that the Grade 4's set up their classrooms for their History Project Museum Display today. After two weeks of preparation, finding something old at home and writing an appropriate label for it, the children displayed their objects proudly for everyone to see. Other classes were invited to come and have a look and there were many exclamations of amazement when they saw old coins, phones, long playing records and the like, which they haven't seen for many years, if ever in their lives! Well done to everyone who put so much effort into this project. It was fun and educational. As part of the project, each child had to interview a person who does something good for the community. The results were impressive, with some amazing citizens being interviewed. We have some awesome helpers in our community! All in all we can call this project a great success!
