Aquarium Sleepover
On Friday 9 May the Grade 4's arrived at the Two Oceans Aquarium, ready for a fun-filled night. After going over the rules, the team put the children into groups. Each group had clues to follow and they had to use them to solve a mystery of the ocean. When that was done, they were kept busy painting a bag with a fish picture on it. They watched a movie and then went to bed. The best part of all was sleeping next to the Predator Exhibit, which is full of sharks, huge fish, rays and a fabulous turtle. In the morning after breakfast, the children visited the penguins and then were able to visit the different exhibits in the aquarium again. It was a fantastic opportunity to sleep away from home and to learn new things at the same time!
